On the morning of each conference day, attendees will receive an email from us with a link to Zoom Webinar.
The good news for you is that there is little you need to know or care about as an attendee.
- Your computer or mobile device should have Zoom's desktop or mobile app installed, they will open automatically when you click on the link.
- To keep things quiet in the room, webinars have different settings than regular Zoom meetings. Participants cannot share their camera or video.
- Questions can be asked via chat function, they will be read out by the moderators.
We have invited all speakers to participate in the afternoon breakout sessions. This is a great opportunity to address questions directly or to explore cooperation opportunities.
